WHY PRIVATE AUCTION ?

We have decided to make our auctions private to protect bidders from false emails from people pretending to be Aussie Hi Fi. We have had numerous eBay users inform us that after an auction they have been approached by an unknown user pretending to be Aussie Hi Fi or someone else and offering the same product for less. These emails are a scam and at least one eBay user we are aware of tried to buy one such product and never received an item and lost their money. By hiding the user IDs no one but Aussie Hi Fi will know who has won or is bidding on any of our auctions and therefore our customers cannot be approached by these fraudulent members.

 

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in 5 working days from the completion of the auction. Please make that you make your payment with the correct shipping cost included.

PAYMENT TYPES
We gladly accept the following forms of payment:
• Online Transfer/Direct Deposit (payment may take up to 48 hours to clear)
• Personal Cheque (We will ship your order once the funds have cleared)
• Bank Cheque/Money order (We will ship your order with in one business day of receiving your payment
• Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard. Please call us on 07 3823 1111 to pay via Credit Card. A 2% surcharge applies for all credit card payments
• Debit Card - showroom pick-ups only. 2% surcharge applies.
• Cash - showroom pickups only. Please do not post cash

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT
• You will be sent an email which will inform you of this.
• You will then receive another email when your item has been shipped.
• If we are missing any required details we will contact you via email requesting this information.

SHIPPING
We ship with TNT as we have found they have the best consistency and quality of service.

We ship all goods with insurance so that in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit we will be able to replace it free of charge.

PICK UPS
Pick ups for this item are available from our Brisbane showroom if stocks are available.

MOST ORDERS:
• Within 2 business days from receipt of confirmed payment
• Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.

PLEASE NOTE
• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery
• In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee of $25 each visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes
• No freight discounts on multiple eBay purchases
• You may use another courier service if you wish, however a $10 handling fee will apply.
