SHIPPING
We ship with TNT as we have found they have the best consistency and quality of service.

We ship all goods with insurance so that in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit we will be able to replace it free of charge.

TNT allow you to track your items online. Click the TNT truck to be directed to their site

PICK UPS
Please call to check if pick up is available for the item.

MOST ORDERS:
• Ship within 2 business days from receipt of confirmed payment
• Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.

PLEASE NOTE

• ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT.
If your goods are damaged in any way, DO NOT accept or sign for delivery. Insist the goods are sent back to us, and we will arrange for new goods to be sent straight to you. Your signature on the delivery receipt is legal proof that the goods were received by you in good order and condition. Neither Aussie Hi Fi or you can claim for damaged goods once you have signed the delivery docket.

• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery
• In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee of $25 each visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes
• No freight discounts on multiple eBay purchases
• You may use another courier service if you wish. In this case, a $10 handling fee will apply.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in 5 working days from the completion of the auction. Please make that you make your payment with the correct shipping cost included.

• Online Transfer/Direct Deposit (payment may take up to 48 hours to clear)
• Personal Cheque (We will ship your order once the funds have cleared)
• Bank Cheque/Money order (We will ship your order with in one business day of receiving your payment
• Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard. Please call us on 07 3823 1111 to pay via Credit Card. A 2% surcharge applies for all credit card payments
• Debit Card - showroom pick-ups only. 2% surcharge applies.
• Cash - showroom pickups only. Please do not post cash

Account details will be forwarded to winning bidders.
Please include either your eBay user name or item number with your payment so we can identify who the payment is from.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT
• You will be sent an email which will inform you of this.
• You will then receive another email when your item has been shipped.
• If we are missing any required details we will contact you via email requesting this information.
