All prices on this site are in AUSTRALIAN Dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All brands and products shown on this site are subject to copyright, trade mark and intellectual property laws. All registered trademarks remain the property of their various owners. No logos, images or other data from this site may be used without the permission of Aussie Hi Fi or the applicable copyright owner.

Transactions involving persons under the age of 18 years and legal capacity

The law states that a minor cannot enter into contracts. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that they are over the age of eighteen (18) years and that they are of sound mind, they are not an undischarged bankrupt and they are otherwise legally entitled to contract with Aussie Hi Fi. Should Aussie Hi Fi suffer any damage, consequential or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Aussie Hi Fi reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused the order to be placed with Aussie Hi Fi.

Disclaimer

Whilst Aussie Hi Fi employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Aussie Hi Fi does not take responsibility for damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner. Furthermore, Aussie Hi Fi shall not be responsible for any damage or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) associated with damage to goods occurring during delivery. The customer irrevocably agrees to make a claim upon the transit insurer or Aussie Hi Fi for any such damage or loss. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that s/he has sufficient notice of this disclaimer, s/he has entered into this transaction and accepted this disclaimer of his or her own free will.

Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards

At Aussie Hi Fi, our primary goal is to ensure our many valued customers are assured that transacting with us is a secure, safe and easy procedure. We take online fraud very seriously and we take every conceivable step to minimise the risk of transacting with a person or persons who wish to fraudulently use credit cards. Therefore, if we have evidence to suspect that a transaction is being or will be conducted by the fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card; we will not enter into the transaction. If we have evidence of fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card during the course of a transaction or prior to delivery of our goods, we will take all reasonable steps to suspend and cancel the transaction and/or prevent the delivery of goods which are the subject of a suspected illegal transaction. We will also take all reasonable steps to notify the police services on the relevant jurisdiction and assist the police by providing all information pertaining to the transaction to facilitate a prosecution of the offender.

Trading Terms and Conditions

Aussie Hi Fi withholds the right to cancel any transaction at any time due to limited stock supplies and constant changes to product lines.
 Payments:
• All payments must be made within 7 days from the date of sale.
• If payment is not received within 7 days from the date of sale, Aussie Hi Fi reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
• Aussie Hi Fi accepts, VISA, MasterCard, Eftpos, Cash, bank and personal CHEQUE’S only.
• Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
• A shipping cost is added to each item unless they are being picked up or it is stated that shipping is free.
 Delivery:
• Delivery will be within Australia only.
• All products will be dispatched via Toll Ipec delivery service.
• If you require tracking details of your delivery please enquire with our Warehouse Manager.
• Lost in transit products cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed with Toll Ipec, to confirm the item was lost in transit.
 Warranty and Returns:
• All “dead on arrival” products must be returned back to Aussie Hi Fi within 7 days.
• If a product needs to be returned after the 14 day “dead on arrival period”, postage will be at the buyer’s expense.
• Warranty is only issued to the original customer who purchased through Aussie Hi Fi.
• Warranty applies to the original product and is not extended for replacements on some products. Please enquire for further details.
• Aussie Hi Fi is not responsible for any products returned without a Return Authorization number.
 Refunds:
• No refunds are offered in the replacement warranty period, unless Aussie Hi Fi is unable to replace the stock.
• No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or made an incorrect choice.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Refunds will be issued by CHEQUE.
