Returns Policy

All new products are covered by standard manufacturers’ warranties so you can buy with confidence. All warranties are subject to the following conditions:

Speaker drive units and crossovers that are tested and found to be blown or overdriven are not covered under warranty.
Product warranties do not cover shipping expenses. It is a "back to base" warranty and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the products to Aussie Hi Fi at their own expense.
Goods returned to the customer may incur freight charges at the discretion of Aussie Hi Fi.
Faults are to be the result of a manufacture defect and not through undue wear and tear and do not include cosmetic or appearance issues.
If a lead or interconnect is modified in anyway all warranties become null and void.
Any claim must be lodged in writing with Aussie Hi Fi before goods are returned or repaired.
