To ensure your goods arrive on-time and intact, Aussie Hi Fi only ship with trusted carriers. Extensive experience over the years has proven that they have the best consistency and quality of service.
Our shipping calculator automatically selects the best option for you from our delivery suppliers: Allied Express, Australia Post, Fastaway Couriers and TNT Express. During your check-out just select your preferred option, then if you'd like to add delivery peace of mind to your purchase, just add insurance.
Delivery Time:

Will leave the warehouse within 1 business day from receipt of confirmed payment

Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.
Please Note:

Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery.

In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, a fee will apply before goods can be redelivered. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes
IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION:
Protect yourself and take the time to inspect your delivery before signing for it. Many people don't realise that when they sign acceptance for a delivered item, they are agreeing to the statement that their goods have arived in good condition. UNLESS YOU ARE 100% CONFIDENT THAT THE ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION (HAVING UNPACKED AND CHECKED THEM) THEN YOU SHOULD NOT SIGN THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION. Once you have signed acceptance for the goods, you cannot claim on delivery insurance should your item be found to be damaged.

All products will be dispatched via the delivery service identified at check-out; which includes Allied Express, Australia Post, Fastaway Couriers and TNT Express.

Aussie Hi Fi shall not be responsible for any damage or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) associated with damage to goods occurring during delivery. The customer irrevocably agrees to make a claim upon the transit insurer for any such damage or loss.

Lost in transit products cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed with the delivery service provider to confirm the item was lost in transit.
