I thought I would write and say 'thank you'. The speakers are fantastic!

Although your product is awesome, what I really appreciated is the time you took to listen to my needs, and how you worked within my budget to provide me with a quality overall solution.

After going to numerous other stores, it was great to talk to someone who actually had enough knowledge to come up with an innovative solution I could afford.

Your expertise in sound systems and your commitment to good customer service really does set you apart from the others.

Dear Vaughan,

You said they would “punch above their size,” and I had no reason to doubt you, given you had sold so many.

You made an understatement! Whilst some people have money to have dedicated music rooms in their houses (you have the contract, if ever I win Lotto) the fact is that most of us are at the middle to lower middle end of the market!

You said the Jamo would be the best choice for my wooden floor: Correct! Now, my house is nothing special and I have no graphic equalizers, etc. But the verdict so far is:

Classical: crisp and accurate reproduction.
Vocal: Like having the singer in my lounge room.
Bass: and here is the surprise for me – absolutely fan-bloody-tastic.

As I said, I am not into Rock in a big way but I do have quite a lot of Middle-Eastern music CDs with drums. I played Sarah Brightman’s “Harem,” and was practically knocked off my feet with the reverberation: I thought the drum man was under my chair! The whole floor moved – clearly it had the right resonant frequency but the speakers did the initial work, the floor simply responded!

Great stuff – the best speakers I have ever owned!

Dear Trent,

Just a short note after our phone conversation to say how impressed I am with AUSSIE HI FI. I rang you at 3.30 pm Monday afternoon, to say that one of my QX1000 Centre Tower speakers was damaged in transit.

The new speaker arrived at 8.10 am the next morning. Not a bad effort considering I live almost 600kms from your business.

It has been a pleasure dealing with you guys. GOOD WORK.

Yes got them today, I must thank you and all your staff for this great service I have received, and the best thing is that I bought these speakers for work.

I work in a aged care home and these are for a home sound system for them to watch dvd's, Sorry to say this I was a bit worried what they would sound like, but I hooked them up to my home theatre and they sound awesome.

Now I'll be looking to get my self some new toys for home.

Don't know if you remember me or not but I think that I was the first one to get a set of these speakers from your showroom.

Let me say that the service I got was excellent and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Once I got the speakers home, I could hardly wait to set them up. After getting everything done, we decided to watch a few movies to hear the quality. Both myself and my partner were blown away at the sound quality and the clarity right through out the sound range. Great bass and crystal clear high end.

I will definitely be coming back to you for any further purchases and would highly recommend your store to anyone.

If it had been handled badly, this whole scenario had the potential to be a complete disaster, leaving an unhappy customer with nothing at all good to say about Aussie Hi-Fi.

The complete opposite is true. You have handled this in a most professional and pleasant manner.

The effort required to provide 100% quality control would obviously push the pricing model through the roof and limit the profits required to keep a business healthy, and of course, people like yourself employed.

The effort delivered to make good this particular situation is, in my opinion, outstanding. I am exceptionally pleased with the results.

Just wanted to say thank you to you and Aussie HiFi for how helpfull and accommodating you have been.

I am really pleased with my new speakers and the value for money they are, now they are connected up at home and wired up they
really do sound great and more importantly from my wife's point of view look great.

It's about time someone made decent equipment affordable and I'll gladly recommend your company to anyone I know is on the look out for hifi.

I wish Aussie HiFi luck for the future and when I am in the market for a projector will not hesitate in contacting you.

Martin, your guys at the shop/warehouse were great when i came to get my new stereo system. Thay gave me great advice on how to set up the unit to get better perforance.

Thankyou, Aussie Hi Fi...

my valve amp arrived this morning, and it sounds great. I hooked it to my Quad Electrostatics. The difference from the Nad amp is most most noticacble, especially in the bass. Also they are more "open" now.

There's nothing wrong with the Nad, I'll run it on the other drivers; but the Quads were designed for tubes and that's why I wanted the VA3. Years ago I gave the proper Quad amps away as I didn't realise their value. Nevertheless I now have a brand new valve amp.

Thanks for the awesome speakers, compared them to my existing speakers and they are now the fronts with the old towers used for the rears. I couldn't believe the difference in the bass response, it bought the CD to life in the player, and Apocolypse Now will never be the same.

They are brilliant, I will definately be back for more when I'm ready to upgrade.

I have been ordering numerous items over the the internet locally and interstate for approximately 3 years now as I live on 6 acres in the regional area of WA.

There has been items missing or broken, charged for goods I have never received, products ordered have been wrong and one company sent me a $1700.00 automatic gate that was faulty and second hand.

So of course I have been very reluctant to order anything sight unseen again.

But wanting to upgrade my pro-logic system I searched the internet and found Aussie Hi-Fi.

When I rang, Matt was more than helpful answered all my question and had a total understanding of exactly what I was after. I was so impressed with his approach and product knowledge I cancelled my 3 hour trip to Aussie Hi-Fi and placed an order over the phone.

Aussie Hi-Fi's service, products and once again value for money has exceeded my expectations.
