For large items like floorstanding speakers, anything over 1.2m long or for any remote and rural locations, additional shipping fees may be required (these costs won't be calculated on the checkout page, so please call us for an accurate estimate. Whilst we aim to be as transparent as possible online in regard to our shipping prices and delivery times, there are many variables that come into play, especially when shipping large items or shipping to rural locations. Gift cards will expire 3 years from the date of receiving the gift card. At this point in time, any unused gift card value will be forfeited. Please contact us if you have any queries in regard to this as we don't want anyone to miss out on using their gift card!

The Audio Tailor Group shall not be responsible for any damage or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) associated with damage to goods occurring during delivery. The Customer irrevocably agrees to make a claim upon the transit insurer for any such damage or loss.
Lost in transit products cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed with the delivery service provider to confirm the item was lost in transit.
